Always a welcome refuge from inclement weather, the cafe at the ICBP is a great place to meet friends, and enjoy delicious home cooked food.
With facilities for eating both inside and out, it is at the heart of the ICBP
You are guaranteed a cheery welcome and a good choice of freshly prepared food.
All our food cooked on site by qualified and experienced catering staff, and the cakes are to die for, as for the Tiffin, people come back just for that!
The menu is varied and hot and cold food. From a full breakfast bap to home made soup with home made herb bread, baked potatoes with various fillings, hot pasties and toasted sandwiches. Cold is cheese ham or tuna salads sandwiches and so on. All this, served with filter coffee, or the various modern coffees such as Capucino, Americano and so on, specialist teas or cold drinks make the cafe one of your most important visits of the day! Plus icecream if it is not cold!
The staff may join you at lunchtime and the dogs are usually there to help out if you can't finish things. Mrs Parry-Jones is only allowed to help with the washing up though, she is not allowed to work the till as she always gets it wrong!
